Period restoration.
Parex Monogris E base coat was applied to the property using a Putzmeister sp11 LMR worm pump. Parex Monogris E is a high performance polymer modified, weather resistant, grey base coat and finishing render. This can be used for vertical external and internal walls. Suitable for equalising suction on mixed substrates and as a bonding base coat on to high or low suction substrates.
To add strength the render, a glass fibre TV10 mesh fabric combined with specially designed surface treatments was embedded into the basecoat. This offers an effective, customised solution for the prevention of cracks that may form in render or reinforced layers of external masonry facades which are induced by construction techniques, construction materials or temperature changes.
Renderplas PVCu coloured stop beads, matching the render where adhere to the edges of the building to give a shape clean finish.
This was then covered with a Parex Monorex top coat through coloured, one coat, semi-lightweight, weather resistant and breathable decorative render. This is available in 48 colours and a range of finishes.
Before starting, the old render was carefully removed using an air chisel. All windows and doors were protected with drop down tape.

The client was over the moon with the transformation. This directly increase the value and curb appeal of the property.
Repair of badly damaged red brick house.
Again built up with of Parex Monogris E basecoat, TV10 mesh, followed by beading and through colour Parex Monorex render top coat.
Sympathetic Render
An old stone house was experiencing damp and water penetration issues. This was resolved by rendering the damp gable with a Parex Monogris basecoat and a Parex Monorex through colour render.
The colour was matched very closely to the original stone work, the ensure the property retained its integrity.
